Our policy for personal fitting appointments

We’re delighted to welcome you to Bloomfeld, Europe’s leading bridal house since 1959. Every appointment is carefully reserved to give you our full attention and to make your experience truly special.

To secure your personal fitting session, we ask for a €150 reservation fee. Don’t worry, this amount is fully refunded the moment you arrive at your appointment, right here in our salon.

Once your date and time are confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link via WhatsApp, email or SMS. We kindly ask that you complete this within 24 hours to hold your spot.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can refund your reservation fee. If we receive a late cancellation or no-show, the fee unfortunately becomes non-refundable, as we won’t be able to offer your reserved time to another bride.

If you’re running a bit late, no problem. We offer a 20 minute grace period. After that, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the reservation fee may not be refunded.

For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that no children under 16 are brought along.
