Lebanese couture from Beirut and Paris. Hand embroidered lace and ethereal silhouettes, exclusively in the Benelux at Bloomfeld Antwerp.

The story

Elie Saab. Lebanese Couture in Antwerp.

Elie Saab founded his fashion house in 1982 at just eighteen years old. From a small atelier in Beirut, his vision grew into one of the most renowned haute couture houses in the world, with ateliers in both Beirut and Paris. In May 2003 he was invited to join the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture, showing his first Paris haute couture collection that summer.

The Elie Saab aesthetic blends Middle Eastern heritage with European refinement. Intricate handwork in lace and embellishment, ethereal fabrics, and romantic silhouettes are signature. Halle Berry wore an Elie Saab gown to win Best Actress at the 2002 Oscars, a moment that introduced the house to the international stage.

Elie Saab at Bloomfeld

Bloomfeld is the exclusive stockist of Elie Saab Bridal in the Benelux. Our brides have the opportunity to try the current and previous collections at our Antwerp boutique, an experience unavailable elsewhere in the region.

The fitting journey for an Elie Saab is more involved than for ready-to-wear brands. Plan for three to four fittings, spread over approximately six months before the wedding date. Our in-house atelier handles all alterations.

Plan for three to four fittings: an initial fitting approximately six months before the wedding date, a working fitting two months before, and a final fitting in the week leading up to the wedding.

Bloomfeld in Antwerp is the exclusive Elie Saab Bridal stockist in the Benelux. Appointments can be booked online.

Elie Saab combines haute couture craftsmanship from Beirut and Paris with a romantic, ethereal aesthetic. The hand-embroidered lace, the lightness of the fabrics, and the subtle couture cut are signature.

We recommend starting at least six to nine months before the wedding date, especially for couture pieces that require longer production time.
